Paul Lee, Chief Financial Officer received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude from the Cooper Union School of Architecture in New York City.

Mr. Lee is primarily responsible for all debt/equity relationships for Silverwing’s various developments with a secondary responsibility for sourcing new development opportunities.

From 1998 – 2001, Mr. Lee was a principal and Managing Director of Sonnenblick-Goldman Company’s West Coast operations. His responsibilities included originating, marketing, and placement of equity and debt transactions for the Western United States. In addition to a broad base of domestic institutional clients, Mr. Lee advises an increasing number of offshore clients with acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of income producing properties in the United States. With more than 18 years of real estate investment banking experience, Mr. Lee has acted as an advisor and principal in the acquisition of more than $1.7 billion of commercial real estate for institutional, developer, and corporate clients. Prior to Sonnenblick-Goldman, Mr. Lee was a principal at Eastdil Realty, Inc., responsible for direct real estate sales and acquisition for the West Coast markets.

Professional affiliations include membership in Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Bay Area Mortgage Association. Mr. Lee is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Oregon.
