Elizabeth G. Witt, Director of Sales/Asset Management oversees all sales and asset management efforts on residential for sale/land and multifamily projects, including all marketing needs associated with each asset including the layout, design, advertising, signage, specifications as well as daily oversight of the on-site management and leasing management personnel performance relative to budgetary and market metrics.

Prior to joining Silverwing, Elizabeth was the Director of Asset Management for AMB Investments. While at AMB she was responsible for the management of commercial real estate properties purchased on behalf of pension funds and offshore clients. Prior to AMB Investments, Ms. Witt was a Vice President with the E.F. Hutton Real Estate Investment Banking Group in San Francisco where she was responsible for the asset management of a $750 million portfolio of commercial real estate.

Ms. Witt, who graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1976 holds the CPM designation, as well as a State of California Real Estate Broker License.
