Beth A. Bridges, Sales and Marketing Manager, is responsible for the Sales and Marketing efforts for all Northern Nevada operations, including advertising, signage, model home/sales office layout and design, option selection functions, and sales personnel management. Previously she worked as a Construction Contract Administrator and as a Sales Contract Administrator/Escrow Coordinator, working all aspects of contracts and acting as liaison to coordinate title companies, lenders, buyers, sales and construction personnel. She also worked as a marketing and research coordinator for a commercial real estate brokerage.

Ms. Bridges' experience includes seven years as an intelligence analyst for the State of Nevada and five years as a computer aided draftsperson in the architectural and engineering fields. She attended the University of Nevada, Reno and holds a current Nevada Real Estate License.
