Principals & Key Staff Members
The principals of Silverwing have many
years of real estate experience in both institutional and
entrepreneurial real estate environments. Over the past 25 years,
they have been involved in the sourcing, underwriting,
development, management and sale of Class A office buildings,
shopping centers, multi-family projects as well as attached and
detached single-family homes. Total value of these projects is in
excess of $3 Billion. Individual projects have been completed in
partnership with private investors as well as institutional equity
and the firm maintains debt financing relationships with local as
well as regional and money center banks.
