1980's. Since that time Silverwing has been active
in residential, commercial and land development in
California, Nevada and Texas.
The principals
of the firm have combined experience of over 150
years in both institutional and entrepreneurial real
estate operations throughout the United States.
During this time they have been instrumental in the
underwriting, development, management and sale of
high-rise and low-rise office, neighborhood retail,
multi-family, attach and detached single-family
homes and both infill and large-scale land
development.
As a commercial and residential developer,
Silverwing has been involved with new residential
communities, multi-family development and investment
and large scale residential and commercial land
development for over two decades in Northern
California, Northern Nevada and Texas. Silverwing is
consistently on the leading edge in its investment
and development efforts, to maximize results to it
partners.
The crucial functions of land/project feasibility,
acquisition, finance, construction, asset
management, marketing and disposition are controlled
and managed by qualified members of the management
team, ensuring maximum return on investment.
Silverwing Development has consistently pursued a
business plan that prioritizes the profitability of
each carefully selected development/investments. We
have intentionally avoided the temptation to pursue
higher levels of development/investment volume due
to the consequences this has in reducing our staff's
focus on detail and maximizing profitability for
